Refund Policy

You may request a full refund before your manuscript or project files are submitted for development, minus a transaction fee of $150 or 10% of the total payment, whichever amount is lower.

Additional Refund Terms

• No refunds will be issued after 90 calendar days from the original purchase date.
• No refunds will be granted for change-of-mind decisions after order confirmation.
• If cancellation occurs after manuscript submission but before design or formatting begins, you may be eligible for a 75% refund.
• If cancellation occurs after design or formatting work has started but before final approval, you may receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be issued once final approval has been provided.
• If you are dissatisfied, you may submit a written refund request within 7 days of project delivery.
